Custom Die Cut

The cutting of special shapes that can range from simple rounded corners to complex silhouetting of imagery, which adds a dimensional feel to your piece.
Spot UV Coating

Same process as UV coating, but instead of being applied to the entire piece, it is applied to a specific area to make that area stand-out. Use a gloss spot UV for an element on materials with a matte finish to create an eyecatching piece.
Embossing & Debossing

Plus $80 one-time mold charge up to a 6" area Add $95 for each additional 1,000 frames.
This process creates a raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) area on the surface of the paper. Use on your logo to create a 3-dimensional look and feel that kicks your design up a notch.
Foil Stamping

The application of a metallic or colored foil onto your artwork. Great way to make your logo pop!
Matte or Gloss Lamination

Up to 500 frames, and $210 for 1,000 frames Add $190 for each additional 1,000.
An ultra-thin layer of plastic that is applied to your piece after printing that protects your artwork and creates a flat (matte) or shiny (gloss) finish. Lamination increases the durability and longevity of your piece, and helps prevent finge print marks.
PMS Colors

Per PMS color (excluding metallic colors) Add $85 for each additional 1,000 frames.
PMS stands for Pantone® Matching System, and is used to print spot colors. The advantages to using PMS colors is that they allow you to print colors that are not possible with standard four-color printing; they are a universally recognized color matching system so the colors will always be accurate; and they produce uniform blocks of color over a large area. PMS colors are also recommended if you want to use color for small type or fine details that might be difficult to print using four-color printing, especially if those elements are on a colored background.
